Karibu—a very warm welcome to Kenya! Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be picked up by a representative of Nyumbu Beyond Journeys and transferred to your accommodation in Nairobi. Enjoy the rest of the evening at your leisure.

Spend the day exploring Nairobi, where options include a visit to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust’s Nairobi elephant nursery, the A few Giraffe Center, Karen Blixen Museum, a market visit, a stop at the Kitengela Glass Studio, or exploring Nairobi National Park, among others.

Set off for Samburu National Reserve with a scheduled flight from Nairobi. Spend these days exploring Samburu with game drives, and meet with the local Samburu tribe during your visit.
