Karibu! On arrival at Entebbe International airport, our Nyumbu Beyond Journeys driver will be waiting to receive you with a card board clearly labeled with team leaders/your name. After introduction He will help you with carrying your luggage “please accept that how Ugandans treat visitors” to the car and transfer you to the Hotel Depending on your arrival time, you can choose to relax at the hotel gardens, visit the Zoo or have a city tour which may include landing sites, Markets or Dine in Uganda’s finest restaurants. All these activities are ordered in advance but if your accommodation is in Kampala, you can spend your day in a city tour of the Uganda Museum, Parliament and Buganda Kingdom Palace
Transfer to Uganda’s Adrenaline capital “Jinja.”This small town has historical architectural structures and is where the source of the Nile river can be found with a stop in the Mabira forest where you can enjoy Zip Lining. Enjoy activities like white water rafting, kayaking, tubing, quad biking, mountain biking and riding on horseback. Jinja has a beautiful natural setting with colonial architecture that crumbles Enjoy a boat cruise to the Nile Source where you will see the starting point of Africa’s longest river as it flows north to the Red Sea for 30 days. A travel through the north-eastern part of Uganda to the foothills of Mt. Elgon you will hit a plateau 1800 meters above sea level where you will find the stunning Sipi Falls. This green area has a breath-taking series of waterfalls (about 100 meters high), surrounded by village walking trails and lush green coffee hills. You can enjoy some garden-grown coffee in the hotel balcony (some of the best Arabica coffee in the world). Enjoy some of the best cuisine in Uganda for dinner and prepare for the next day
After an early breakfast, follow the Sipi River that runs through Mount Elgon’s foothills, creating a series of waterfalls–which culminate in a dramatic plunge, surrounded by beautiful walking trails and lush green hills. You can choose to go on a 3 or 7-hour walk You will be accompanied by a local guide on your walk. You can walk only for nature and waterfall, but you can also pair the tour with a cafe or cultural trip. You can be confident that you will find several waterfalls, forests and caves, whatever you choose. In the morning you will travel to Moroto town the heart of the Karamoja area for your cultural activities tomorrow. Travel to Kidepo Valley National Park, the country’s most isolated and untouched national park. Kidepo Valley National Park is hidden in a lost and not frequently visited corner between Uganda’s borders with Sudan and Kenya in the rugged semi-arid valleys in the extreme northeast of Uganda. Getting to this area with some of the most beautiful scenery in Uganda is a long but very rewarding journey. You’ll have a Wild Narus Valley game drive where you can spot elephant and buffalo herds as well as beautiful lion and leopard sights sitting on different valley rocks
Kidepo Valley national park is one of the few parks in Uganda where you can do a walking safari. An armed ranger is joining you for your safety and you will explore the wilderness on foot. During this activity you get the chance to experience the wildlife up-close, a totally different experience than game-viewing by car. Buffalo, waterbuck, giraffe, warthog, zebra, bush-buck and of course the naughty baboons can be seen all year round as well as many different bird species. The guide stops regularly, not merely searching for game, but telling you about birds, insects, trees, animal droppings, the medicinal use of plants. In the afternoon we go for another game drive in this amazing national park. The savannah is ringed by mountains and rocky ridges. It has a profusion of big game and hosts 475 bird species and over 80 mammal species, of which 28 were not known to occur (or very rarely) in any other Ugandan park. For example; ostriches, zebras, bat-eared foxes, wolves, caracals, cheetahs, and greater and lesser kudus. Kidepo Valley National Park ranks third among Africa’s finest wildernesses on the list of CNN of best national parks in Africa
Today, you continue your journey to one of the oldest conservation areas in Uganda, Murchison Falls National Park. This is a long but enjoyable journey through Northern Uganda’s various landscapes
Today we will be served early breakfast and head into the game trails in search for a face-face-off with animal kingdom. It is important to wake up early because animals are active in the morning when the temperatures are low are there mobility is slower, there are likely chances of finding hippos grazing other animals include Buffalo, Giraffes, Warthogs, elephants, Hyenas, Leopards, Lions, different bird species including shoe bill the list is endless ensure that you have enough camera card space. Depending on your hotel location, if you spent a night the Southern Bank you may need to ensure by this time we are at the ferry point! But if you chose the northern bank by this time you should already be in the game drive in the afternoon, we take a 3 Hours cruise to the bottom of the falls with guaranteed chances of being watched by hundreds of hippos, elephants, water birds and dozens of other animals quenching their thirst on the river banks and those that chose to make the small island on the rivers their permanent home. Plenty of Nile crocodiles can been see relaxing at the crocodile bar sector of Murchison, the fish eagle is a permanent settler

Later in the afternoon, you will be amazed by the hike to vie the mighty Murchison falls from the 360 angles as the entire River Nile splashes through a 7m wide and falls 43m deep in a narrow gorge as we experience the remarkable wonders of the Rainbow.
Today we take a picturesque route through the rift valley while enjoying spectacular views of Lake Albert and beautiful little villages. The trip lasts 5 hours and may be tiring but incredible views of the farmlands and the lush green countryside that is typical of Uganda will keep you relaxed Because you’ve been traveling with a packed lunch, you’ll have a short stop at Fort Portal and enjoy or have lunch at the nearest restaurant and later drive to your hotel
A day with the Chimps and Swamp Walk
The hotel serves early breakfast. It is recommended that you carry at least 2 water bottles. Instead of tracking, if you plan to have Chimp habituation, Packed Lunch will be a better option Our tour begins with a briefing where a ranger gives you rules and regulations for encounters with chimpanzees, birds and other species of monkeys When you plan to go an extra mile for Full Day Chimpanzee habituation instead of standard monitoring, make sure you book early enough to encourage our tour planners to book early because only 6 people are allowed to do this practice every day. We embark on the Bigodi Swamp Walk in the afternoon that will take you through the small communities and the beautiful scenes. The locals will teach you how to make craft, herbal medicine and you will have the opportunity to taste some of the finest local gins and beers Nevertheless, the highlight of these walks is the transition to see at least five different species of monkeys and catch a glimpse of the Blue Turaco!

Queen Elizabeth has amazing Kasenyi sector which has Acacia climbing lions with likely chances of spotting the Leopard, Buffalo, Hyena. If you love Birds then this sector also has many craft shops and salty crater lake where flamingos can be seen during the day After Lunch, you will take a boat safari in the Kazinga channel then connects Lake George and Lake Albert. Here you will see a lot of hippos (more than you can possibly see anywhere) as well as a lot of animals rushing to drink in the water hole. It is amazing to see how crocodiles of this area live in harmony with the rest of the animals without feeding on them
After a crisp Chilled Breakfast served, we drive 2 Hours south to Ishasha. “Home of the Tree Climbing Lions” On arrival we check into the lodge, drop our luggage and have lunch served at this lodge surrounded by Acacia forests, Lush vegetation with Palm trees dancing and waving to the winds and Birds singing Sweetly.
While lion cubs are known for climbing trees Worldwide, Ishasha adult lions are Exceptional! They choose to spend most of their free time chilling on the branches along with their cubs producing one of the most spectacular moments for Photographers
Jump on our safari Land Cruiser with a pop off roof and drive through the amazing Ishasha Swamp with our heads high in the woods in search for this Spectacle
After an early breakfast, we embark on the morning game drive in Ishasha again in such for more show from the Tree Climbing lions and whatever nature has for today.
Return to our lodge for Lunch and remaining luggage and head off to your next destination. If this is the end of your trip you head back to Kampala via Kasese or head to Bwindi Impenetrable NP or Kasenyi
Get ready for an encounter with one of the gentle giants that is the highlight of any trip to Uganda for many! The restaurant serves a cup of coffee in the morning. Drive to the point of briefing, but do not forget to bring drinking water and packed lunch from the hotel.
Get a porter at the briefing point; select a walking stick if you haven’t carried any special items and follow the instructions and Join the rest of the group with your guide and enter this thick forest in search of the gentle giants
Return to the briefing point and receive you Gorilla trekking certificate in recognition of such a great achievement. Remember Gorilla trekking is a bragging since not so many people in the world have come face to face with these amazing creatures then drive off to your Hotel or Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation.
After Breakfast we embark on a biking tour around Lake Bunyonyi communities and later drive to Lake Mburo National Park Arrival and check in at our hotel in Lake Mburo National Park. Today’s lodge is an ultimate place to breath in the essence of wild Uganda. This lodge’s aim it to ensure responsible tourism in every way. Zebras, warthogs, impalas and bush-bucks often gather around the lodge to drink water beneath the dining area
It’s early served breakfast and we’re off for the game drive. Lake Mburo is a small national park (on the way back to Entebbe from Bwindi National Park) but it should not be overlooked. This is the only place to see zebras in southern Uganda and the only park with impalas, slender mongoose and giant bush rats in the country. You can also hunt for hyenas, leopards, topis, elands and the magnificent giraffes of Rothschild, not to mention the lake itself, full of hippos and crocodiles! There are plenty of great activities on offer, including horse riding, bush walks, lake boat safari and a mountain bike safari. It’s fun to get close to the animals, particularly the fresh ones. Experience a safari on the horseback and stroll with our seasoned companion driver.
After an early breakfast, we will now return to Kampala to catch up with your flight if it’s the same day with a stop at Kayabwe Equator for nice pictures. Here an experiment is carried out to see what magic is occurring in the centre of the Earth. If your flight is later that day we’re driving to Entebbe Airport or your hotel if it’s the next day. When required, other short trips can be arranged at an additional cost depending on the available options.
