6 Days Primates and Birding Safari: Primates are one of Africa’s top wildlife experiences. With few forest reserves left in Burundi, you can still experience thrilling encounters on a Burundi safari with primates. Kibira National Park, which borders Rwanda’s Nyungwe Forest, is said to be home to chimpanzees, several monkey species, and abundant birdlife; other reserves, like Vyanda and Bururi Forest Reserves, have a stunning 703 bird species. Burundi is indeed a birding paradise.
