Day 1: Kigali Serena Hotel
Upon your arrival at Kigali Airport, a Nyumbu Beyond Journeys safari guide who will greet you and accompany you to the Hotel. After checking in, take some time to unwind from your travels. You can explore the hotel’s amenities, including the Sokoni restaurant, which offers a variety of café-style options throughout the day, or Milima Restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a view of the pool.
Day 2: Kigali City tour & transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Start your day with a freshly brewed coffee and enjoy breakfast at Milima Restaurant. Afterwards, meet at the reception for a guided half-day tour of Kigali. During the tour, you’ll experience several cultural activities, visit award-winning museums, and enjoy East Africa’s vibrant music and dining scenes.

Your time with the golden monkeys will be approximately one hour. After the viewing these beautiful creatures in their habitat, meet the representative that will escort you for your transfer back to Kigali.
